Tyree space monster and strawberry wine

HI,,What is the different between tyree space monster and strawberry wine ?

This is a common question.

They are very diffirent.Its liek wammin watermelons compared to eagal eyes,in pics,they look similar,but they are totally diffirent when put side by side.

The main diffirence is the coloration pattern on the disk.If you look at it,the Red Wine has a smoother pattern,the SM has a blotchy pattern that is quote diffirent,they are very diffirent,and I like the Space Monster the best.

If you look from about 5 feet away to me being I have both they look identical. If you get close up you can see a slight difference its not like comparing apples to oranges though they are both very similar.

Hey Jordan, size-wise, how do they compare? The space monsters appear to have pretty large polyps, but it's hard to judge from pics. I love my strawberry wines.

Under the same lighting, they are about the same size. The Space Monster has more black in the oral disc than the Strawberry Wines do, and more green in the skirt IMO.

looks like the skirts are thicker on the Space Monster and they also have more black in the oral disc...both are very nice!

Sorry, guess I should have labeled them. The one on the left is Chelsi's Stawberry Wines - slightly more pinkish, sparkles in the oral disk, less green in the skirt. The ones on the right are Gonze's Space Monster - slightly more purple, marbled rather than sparkly, little more green in the skirt. Both polyps are direct from the source.

LOL; that would be the Space Monsters - on both the right and the left. Looks like maybe Candy Apple Reds or a Rainbow in the Center (sorry FF, I didn't look too closely at the center polyp).
