Great Sunday. Scored a beautiful frag. $30. 5 smaller rusty colored mushrooms.

Small mushroom is probably 1/2”. Largest 1”. They have already settled in.

Refuge update. After 2 weeks I pulled the middle chamber. Holy smokes. Talk about growth. this was half full when I loaded it Super happy Rinsed it insome fresh RO water put the pods back in the tank

to the grow light. Well worth the $25

Local shop had a tiger pistol and a tiger goby(?). Already paired up. They are mine. Hopefully they make home visible.

Well the gobie is missing. Pistol shrimp is doing great. Will keep an eye out. Frustrating.

I went on an a destruction mission. Aptasia-X and 15 min later. I got 5 of them. They are gone. My favorite zoa frag Had 3 right in the middle of the zoas. Grrr. I ended up killing a few zoas but they should make a recovery.

Goby looks like a wheeler's goby, I have one in my 13.5 and it's pretty good at hiding, usually comes out at night or feeding time

Hoping to find him. He didn’t jump out. I looked.

I hope he turns up, sometimes they hide well for a while.

And I hope the aiptasia stay gone. In my experience, they show up in other places within 3 weeks after getting hit with aiptasia x. My peppermint shrimp has been the only thing to keep them at bay.

Still no sign of the goby. Pistol shrimp is blowing sand around rescaping the underside of a rock. Seems healthy. The six line stuck his face in the cave. He was shown that was not advised

Another thing. My leather has been shrunken up for about 10 days. It peeled and still looks pitiful.

leather is finally opening up. 10 days. Maybe 12.

I love when the LFS gets nice colorful Zoa frags for $10 each.

Disaster strikes. Torch has BJD one head is almost gone.

Vet gave me some cipro. Gonna make up a solution and treat the tank. dang dang dang

Well I had to toss the torch. I’m so bumming. Came home from work and other head was disintegrating. Did a water change. Running new carbon.

ugh sorry I have been MIA on your posts. Some how I stopped getting notifications. There was a good write up by @Lost in the Sauce on his build thread about how he treated one of his torches with BJD and managed to save the remaining head. I'll see if I can find it and tag you. I know it doesn't help with this situation, but maybe it will the next time, if you find yourself in the same situation.
