The IM Media basket arrived. Very nice quality. Fit is a little loose front to back. Put a small piece of floss behind it to push it forward.

I found a guy on here who is local to me. Like 3 miles. Tons of cheap frags. No shipping.

I added a YWG He’s behind the only rock. Pistols entrance is the outside. I figure they will find each other.

Did my 1st water change. 2.5 gallons. Tank looks great. Minor diatoms but cuc has been on it.

Still waiting for my light. 2 weeks now. Hoping this week.

Mantis tank is stable. Just gave him more rubble. He’s building a burrow. Eating silversides. Coralline is growing well. Back to stock light and hood.

Can’t find the ywg. My luck with a second fish sucks. He could be in with the pistol but hadn’t shown his face. Yet

Diatoms are here. Gravel getting brown and glass needs to be cleaned daily.

I guess I’m supposed to only have one fish per tank. YWG is missing. Don’t get it. But the wrasse is doing great. Love the colors on him.

1 fish must be a hidden rule for this tank. I've tried pairing Clowns twice already, I have lost 2 Clowns but my solo clown has been doing fine.

I’m curious as well. It’s well documented as being a good light. Time will tell on how well it stands up.

I was stuck on Kessel lights.

Love to save some $ anywhere possible in this hobby.

AI prime 16hd here in canada is $350 cdn plus whatever the mount cost and taxes

AI are well over $200 here with mount etc. I figured for $80 I’ll take the risk on a well reviewed but new light

Early morning here. Tank is dark. Found a pistol shrimp molt. My stomatella snail has died. He found his way into the pistols cave Last night. Was a loud battle. He was dragged back into pistol hell. Found his body/shell this am

I have a K7 mini light that was shippped about 2 weeks ago and haven’t gotten it yet either. I’ve had 6 of their K7 V3 lights (older style without Wi-Fi) on my 125 for a year now and they have been great.
Im going to order this same tank to put the new light on. It’s hard to pass the tank up for $100.

I moved stuff over from a fluval 13.5. So instant cycle. In the ugly stage now. Diatoms growing fast and furious. Glass covers up in a day
