Uggghhh Clownfish swimming at Surface

I have been slowly QTing my additions to my tank since October, first being the 2 clowns I have, then Midas Blenny and lastly Yellow Wrasse. All are currently in the DT and today I noticed one of the clowns swimming at the surface in the corner of the Tank. I didn’t notice any visual spots on him and every so often he would go back to his spot with the other clown. I did a fresh water dip to make sure there were no flukes (would be shocked if they made it past my QT process). No flukes were in the bucket. Any ideas ?

Did you feed any medicated food? During QT? Clowns are pretty succeptable to intestinal parasites. Uronema is another possibility for an internal affliction with no external symptoms.

Now that I think about it I can’t remember if they got the medicated food or not. The Midas Blenny and the Yellow Wrasse did because I followed someone’s QT method .

Should I see tomorrow? Lights just went out and I don’t have a spare QT at the moment for him (I know not the greatest move)

Maybe clown aggression (I’m hoping) , I noticed all of a sudden the female has been extra aggressive towards him for whatever reason, but why would he pick a spot at the surface to get away.

That's not uncommon either if he is being bullied. I've seen fish hide near powerheads, in corners, wherever they can to feel safe.

Clowns defend territory. So she may just be keeping him up In the corner.
