So just walked by my tank and came across my orange shoulder tang dead

Had for about a year…

recent additions of yellow wrasse and tamarin wrasse that my lfs kept on hand and were there for at least a month

they went straight into sandbed and hust came out yesterday

im not one to qt fish, havent in 15 years and whether luck or not have never had issues.

all other fish look fine except some black spots on my picasso clown but not even sure if thats anything for concern

confused and saddened

blue tang and scopas seem fine
Coral beauty fine
Chromis ok
