So I've had this stuff going on for a bit in my 8 month old tank (Rea Sea Max E-170), but I've been working on getting it under control. I've been changing the water weekly, and last Friday I tried chemiclean. the chemiclean didn't seem to make any difference. Today, I've adjusted lights (Hydra 26HD).
It looks like:

Yuck looks and sounds like it may be dinoflagellates..
