When a tank is very young, this is typical. It will pass in time.

My guess without a pic from microscope is golden algae. I had same and took a toothbrush to it and changed filter socks every day. Also got some snails and urchin and they are controlling it.

Unless its dinos just let it run its coarse. Pull it out by hand if you feel like it. Dont treat it with chemicals, just go with the flow, doesnt look all that bad in your pic.
