Hey people
Thankyou for all your replys, i was overwhelmed with all the help. I have some photo's please tell me that this is the uglies after the brown algae.
 
That looks like Bryopsis algae. You need to test for your nutrient levels to make sure your Po4 and No3 aren't too high. Hand remove as much as you can and think about using something like Vibrant to help you eliminate the remaining algae. Make sure anything you add to your tank doesn't have any algae on it;)
 
+1 looks like bryopsis, unfortunately it is difficult to eliminate. Manually removing it sometimes causes it to spread.
