What did it look like when you bought it?

Here is its normal looks in the spot is it sick or are the tentacles just aging

Maybe the clown beat him a bit.
Maybe going to split.
Maybe too much feeding. If so, stop that for now.
I just hold and watch, I’ve had many do that then the following week….normal.
Could be potentially a million things…….or nothing at all.
Nems are hard to diagnose.
Although when the die, the shrink and fall apart.
It’s not doing that and appears stuck.
