UGLYIES !!! CUC HELP

Hey guys so i am currently going through a real bad Diatoms bloom (THE UGLYIES). I need help to decide what kind of CUC to add.

I currently have 15 hermits 1 cleaner shrimp 2 emerald crabs.

I need something that eats the diatoms ? snails?

and possibly a sand sifter of some kind ? my sand is looking rather green and brown?

Hey @rapid! We like to use turbo snails for the glass and we've had really good luck with conches for sifting the sand! The turbo snails also tend to help with brown algae on our rock structures too. Hope this helps!

heard snails are a no go with hermits
