We are cycling a new tank (on week 2) and sw is new to us. Like, really new and somewhat overwhelming!

Anyhow, we got some more live rock over the weekend and found this attached:
We were only set up for live rock and fish, not any anenome (?). I don't want to kill it. What do I do?

This is our very simple setup (no skimmer, just a filter, LED lights (basic), heater and additional flow head).

I belive it’s an aptasia. Def not a good thing. Google some pics to be sure. But it’s not something you want in there.
Take the rock out and scrape it off. I’d even leave it in a bucket of tank water and a powerhead and watch the rock to make sure you got all of them.
