sooo, i found my first hitch hiker in my live rock this afternoon.
i apparently have about 6 or 7 feather dusters. They are TINY. there is one large on(which is still small at less than half an inch across). the others are just barely visible, they are all sort of clustered together.
they are white and brown banded, and live on a hunk of rock. did i mention tiny?lol.
do i have to do anything special with these guys? i have tons of frozen cyclops(i feed these to my betta fry mostly), can they eat that-and what else would i feed it(i assume i need to feed them at least a few times a week).
is lighting important for them? i don't have anything that needs light in the tank, i had a clamp lamp with just an old low wattage reptile bulb in it, but i didn't like the light(too yellow for taking pics), so this afternoon, i put "plant grow" bulbs over it(for like, house plants-its a blue-er light) to see how the tank looked for pics, and a few minutes after that is the first time i noticed them...
