There's a worm like thing on my glass, don't think it's a scratch. And what are these little hair stuff? The white little dots r copepods btw, the camera just can't focus on their little legs and antennae.

Do they move around?
First is hard to make out but probably some type of “detritus worm,” they will come out if there’s a lot of food.
Might be some extra silicone stuck to the glass in the second pic.

Can’t see clearly on phone screen but either dulled or nematode worm
Net and remove if you can but not harmful
