Beautiful translucent shrimp but what did you do to the fish to make it so grumpy?

Yep everything seems good. Fish shrimps snails and one crab doing fine. But the sea weed is the challenge at the moment all still alive but haven't found the secret yet. I could dose iron and more light that might sort the problems.

What kind of seaweed in that tub? What kind of seaweed can you collect in cold water of the North Sea?

All my stuff is Caribbean / Gulf of Mexico. Yesterday, I was watching a podcast from a commercial seaweed farm in Pacific Northwest coast of Organ where they grow an ediable seaweed, Dulse. This morning when I did a goggle search, the first link was a seaweed farm in the Northeast on the coast of Maine.
