Hi all. Can anyone recommend an equivalent product to PraziPro on the UK market which can be used at the same time as Cupramine?

Thanks!

Fluke solve it can be purchased on Amazon or allpondsolutions works a treat for marine and freshwater :)

The main issue yourll have dosing the two meds is the water may cloud I’d suggest using the meds separately but some people will use both at the same time with no problems

Thanks ! 1 have 200l QT tank. How do you ensure all copper is out before administering the flukes treatment? 10 waterchanges? :S

You can use cuprisorb, and carbon in conjunction with large water changes.

Do you have a copper test kit or Hanna checker ?

Yep I have a copper test kit. I'm contemplating just treating with cupramine only and observing heavily. Sounds risky attempting both. Its my understanding fluke treatments like flukesolve are reef safe so if I see any issues, I can always treat my DT.

I plan to QT for 5 weeks. 4 weeks of that is with cupramine so surely i would see signs of flukes within that period if present? If there was a problem...it should show within that time period right?

Yes fluke solve is 100% reef safe ive never had any issues with it. If you mixed the two meds i reckon the worst that would happen is cloudy water from a bacteria bloom but I agree it’s not worth risking :)

Yes you should see signs within your qt time however you can always dose the dt with no ill effects so either way you sound good. Happy Reefing.
