UK Red Sea Reefer XL200 Build

Hi.just restarting my Red Sea Reefer XL200. Bought 3 years ago but had major issues with an orange slime coloured bacteria which went and covered the whole tank.restarting after a year break.i am new to reefing and gave up too quickly.will be looking for advise as I proceed with this build.determined to succeed this time.

Currently into week 2 of cycle using Dr Tim’s One and Only and Ammodium Chloride.
Ammonia has spiked and is now 0.Awaiting drop in nitrites.
