Just seen this thread and gary's youtube channel. Looks amazing, would love to know more about his lightning schedule and par values the corals are seeing. Hopefully he will share with us some knowledge he has learned.

I have spoken with Gary a while back on his settings and he states he runs all channels at 100%. Of course this may have changed since that time. Gary will be converting his V2.1B units into V3 units very shortly.

Looking over the differences of V2.1 and V3 which i have they seem pretty similar. Will report back after a few weeks of running lower par values (20-70) but more white less blue. Hopefully more polyp extension and growth.

Both the V2.1B and V3 have dual diode LEDs. The V3's newly designed circuit board allows us to raise the power output to about 235 watts over the 187 watts in the V2.1. The LED layout has also changed slightly.

yeah its 1800 for 2 v'3. I just dont see alot of ppl out there reading or youtube having these lights. In the US that is. They might be massive everywhere else. idk
