Ulcer / wound on clownfish

Hey folks, one of my clowns has a sort of open wound, ulcer looking thing on it’s body, just above its fin. It’s been there about a week and to my eye, slowly getting worse. It has a red tint around the edge. Any ideas? All other fish have no disease symptoms. She is a bit of a bully and regular has bumps and scrapes, but never anything as bad as this. I agree on aggression and the female may need to be isolated temporarily to reduce aggression. The redness indicates beginning of infection, and best is to treat fish in separate tank using Seachem neoplex otherwise if you isolate female, you can treat in-tank with ruby rally pro which will take longer to work but will work.

I can’t seem to find Neoplex on any of the usual UK sites, or Amazon. Do you know of anything similar for the UK market?

I’ll ask my LFS as well.

I have these on hand, would any of them be suitable? Maybe the Anti-parasite one?

Unfortunately none of these. I see you are in scotland. You will want to obtain Waterlife Myxazin or NT Labs acriflavine
