I dose Red Sea nopox and have 0 nitrate and phosphate. I feed LRS reef frenzy twice a day normally and one sheet of nori. I also dose KZ Sponge Power, Coral Vitalizer, KZ Amino Acids, and Pohls Xtra every night after lights out. I feed a mix of Reef Roids, Reef Chili and Oyster feast 2-3x per week. Is this sufficient enough for good SPS growth?

As long as you are not seeing an increase of no3 you are feeding well.
You can bump up the fine foods for the coral if not seeing an increase.
Be aware of bacterial blooms if you do up the feeding :)

I would suggest against the absolute 0 of nitrate and phosphate. I have been doing the same as you, i.e. dosing NoPoX and keeping the parameters at 0 but Red Sea themselves say you should not bring down all the way "Start with the recommended daily dosage, test the nitrate every week and adjust the dosage until the nitrate level is stable between 1 and 2.5 ppm". This prompted me to cut down on NoPoX and follow @twilliard 's thread about KNO3 dosing to kick start my nitrate. Since I brought my Nitrates up to ~1-2 (and maintained them there) I have seen better growth patterns especially, believe it or not, on the SPS.

All this is anecdotal evidence of one person, I understand, but I think you should at least consider it. I also feed Oyster Feast every day or every other day.
