Here to give some feedback in my recent dealings with Ultimate Corals. I had purchased 4 large Zoa Colonies and 1 Froot Loop frag on 12/24 (early xmas present to myself). Upon Mark's recommendation, he wanted to wanted to wait to ship until first week in Jan due to the issues of holiday shipping, which I have been a part of in another deal (different member) that did not turn out good. I let him know I was able to receive anytime week of Jan 4. He contacted me and said he was planning Wed ship for Thursday del. I said great, and simply let him know that it was roughly 30 degrees most of this week. He messaged me back, and said he was going to hold off on shipping. He then contacted me and said looks like Friday was a better day, so he would ship for Friday am del. I said great! I was really happy to see he took an interest in the delivery of my goods and was concerned about the weather in my area. I received my packaged today, with the heat pack still VERY warm. All bags were TRIPLE bagged, and were packaged really well. I have acclimated, dipped, and added them to the tank, and within the first hour they are all 50% open or more. I could not be happier with this transaction, and would recommend them as a look for your next purchase! Thanks Mark!
