What's your view on the best premium ulta rock out there today? What am I missing? I can deal with hitchhikers and I love the random life that comes with a fresh batch of live rock. I lean toward airshipped rock so that you get the most life and lower cycle.

If I get get ahold of the old school rock from someone breaking down their tank, this would be the only way you can get it today. My concern would be the overall quality as I wouldn't want copper laden rock or stuff that's full of bad nutrients.
