Ultra Reef UAF-300 Pump Replacement

Hey guys, I have this algae reactor that works amazingly well but, the pump is problematic and stops working way too often and has now just quit. Love the reactor but would like to replace with a different brand of pump. Current pump is a DC Hydor 2000/L, thanks for any advise or recommendactions.

Well, they stopped production on this unit so there are not any links from the manufacturer. I think I may have a solution using a sicce 1.5 by cutting apart the old pump and cementing the adapter to a 1/2 npt nipple
