Just bought one for our Reefer 525, I have to say the build quality is extremely impressive, I ran it for 12 hours in vinegar and water then put it in the sump and dialled it straight in, easiest skimmer I have ever set up. It started pulling skimate within 24 hours and needs no constant tweaking. 10/10 from me.

Yes will do, swapped from a Deltec 1456 and the build quality is way better. Its only been in four days now but is really doing its job already.

Its working well, no problems at all. Regarding the noise, its certainly not silent but I don't find it too noisy either with the cabinet doors shut. Its AC and has a very powerful pump and I think the noise is because of this, its very difficult to describe how noisy something is but this isn't as quiet as the deltec 1456 I had. Hope this helps.

It looks very nicely made. I read that the PSK pumps are modified, not stock Sicce psk's.

The manufacture's website suggests its as specialized PSK pump made exclusively for them. I'm inferring that must mean it
is modified and not a stock PSK.

If you find out it's a stock pump, I'd love to know that.
