ULVA aka sea lettuce

I have a 70 gal cube. That after being setup for just over 2 Yrs I'm starting to deal with ULVA. Has anyone ever dealt with ULVA and how to get it out of my system?

Tank param:
77- 80 degrees.
8.1 ph
490 cal
8 alk
1.026 sal
0 ph of Hanna test ( but has to have some that the ULVA is consuming)
0 nitrate

I feed Lrs only
Ai hydra 26 led lighting ramps up at 1 pm then ramps down of at 9pm.

Need help. I'm getting ready to buy new LR.

It should be fairly easy to remove from the rocks, but adding something like a Sea Urchin or perhaps a Foxface might help with the rest.

I do have a urchin. But he hasn't done anything. He keeps the the glass or under the LR.
I did just get a small yellow tang to to see if he can get this ULVA under control.
