Ulva Question

Does anyone know if you have a piece of Ulva, if it can grow to and attach to a hard surface?

Yes it definitely can. But just fair warning, if your tank has the resources available, then ulva has the potential to become annoying and invasive. Spouts anywhere, walls, rocks, coral bases, etc. If you have fish that graze on algae then you might be ok in balancing its levels.

Thanks, thats good to know. I was wondering because I have a fuge with Chaeto and Mangroves and thought it might be cool to add Ulva at some point in the future.
