I was calibrating my ph probe in the 7 than I started calibrating in the 10 but it said failed but I already threw the ph 7 away WHAT DO I DO I JUST GOT MY APEX

Before you depend on it for anything important, get a few packs each of new calibration fluid and calibrate it. You'll need to calibrate periodically anyway, and will need calibration fluid to do so.

Let it soak in the ph7 solution for a few hours, or preferably overnight and then attempt to calibrate again.

You can purchase the solutions from many places and you will need to recalibrate periodically anyway.

What you are seeing can occur if the probe was not kept wet during shipping.

Yeah you’ll need to keep extras on hand to periodically recalibrate and test your probe if something seems “off.” I recalibrate mine once a month.

This is the calibration fluid I use but there are others. The Neptune branded ones are more expensive.
