Ummm what is this??

Not likely a bobbit worm, I'd lean more toward a peanut worm of some sort, though they don't usually burrow into a corals skeleton.

Edit: looking at the video again, I do think its a peanut worm. Looks like there may be another hole where it has burrowed into the coral.

Agree, looks like a barnacle the way the filter net is unfurling, plus peanuts don't typically burrow into hard coral skeletons.
