Unable to log into EcoSmart Live. Incorrect Password?

Hi y'all,

I just signed up for EcoSmart Live. I've tried to log in for the last hour or so with no luck. It keeps saying that the email/password combo is incorrect. I've reset the password 3 times via the email reset option. Still no luck. what the heck? Anyone else have this problem?

It's been a few years, but I think I had trouble when I first set mine up. I'd close the tab and come back to it tomorrow.

Here are a few things to try it's worked for other equipment I've had the same issue. Clear your browsers history and passwords. Next don't if you are copping and pasting your password just type them in. Some web based servers for some reasons will not accept a copied and pasted password. Not sure if it will work for this site or not but its worth a shot.
