Unable to 'Mark Forums Read'

I am unable to 'Mark Forums Read' either by clicking the action from the 'Forum Actions' pull down or clicking the 'Mark Forums Read' at the bottom of the top level of the forums index. I get the following on Google Chrome:

I have the same issue with Firefox
