My 131.4 Waterbox has the following parms. I increased my Ca dosing, but Ca keeps dropping. Should I stop dosing Alk to bring it down to 8 to help increase Ca?

Ca 324
Alk 9.8
Mg 1280
Salinity 1.024

Double check your test kits are not expired and a reliable brand.

You might just need to increase dosing more if the test kits are accurate.

Alk at 9.8 will not be an issue to get calcium up to 400-450.

If this keeps up, then make sure that you magnesium levels are good.

May be false reading. If true reading, in some cases high alk will reduce calcium. I had a temporary issue with constant low CA and added Calcium chloride by ESV to sump and its now steady at 422
