I got a blue throat around 3-4 weeks ago and It still hides! I have never seen a shy triggerfish and it does not seem to be coming out whenever I feed. Any tips on making it want to eat? Or come out more?

Other tankmates? Anyone maybe picking on it? I do think the blue-throat are one of the more peaceful/timid of the triggers... how is the body condition? Does it look thin?

He has poked his body out a few times and it looks perfectly fine.

Maybe he just needs a bit more time then. Two of my current fish took longer than others to really get comfortable in my tank. My potters angel didn't eat at all in QT for about a month, and for the first couple of weeks in the display. My moyer's wrasse took a 7-week sand strike, and came out looking ok. Took about another week to fully settle in and join the routine.

Both now eat anything and everything and are out with the group constantly.

I'd say, maybe smaller, more frequent feedings... making sure to squirt a bit near his hiding spot so he reach it without having to come out too far. Also could try clam on the halfshell, or pieces or shrimp, scallop, etc with a pair of feeding tongs.

I do feed shrimp but it always darts back into a rock crevice.

I had a blue jaw trigger and for the first few weeks he just hid in the rocks like yours is doing. He eventually came out. He was a great fish, I lost him in my house move.
