Looks like a caulerpa slug. Harmless unless you love your Macroalgae.

Elysia sp., need a better pic for species ID. Most eat caulerpa but some eat hair algae like derbesia. Others still like the lettuce nudi (E. crispata) eat bryopsis and halimeda

He's the first good hitchhiker I've had!! just got a pound or two of "live rock" i.e. coral skeletons that I'm assuming the fish store had been making into a scrap pile bc a few are glued to frag plugs and I figured there might be something interesting hiding out in it.
