The instructions say to remove "any film" on light, well maybe I'm not too bright but I can't tell if there is a film or not. The LEDs seem to be covered by a shiny liquid (hardened of course) that might be some kind of waterproofing over the LEDs, it does not seem like its meant to be removed. I'm I correct? I don't want to turn on unit until I'm sure. Thanks
