Just thought I'd share some pics of the AI Nano while it's taken apart. After 6+ years of good service all the screws, even on the fan became highly corroded so I decided to change them all out. I made sure to clean the dust off the heatsink and fan too. Something weird I noticed is that the original screws used to hold everything together were tapered and slotted and the mounting holes were all split or notched out like the holes weren't big enough. I replaced the screws with the closest match but I was worried that it would further split the mounting holes and not hold at all so I used tape on the corners just in case it would fail. Not the best design in my opinion but maybe the newer models aren't like this. Hopefully I'll get a couple more years out of this light.
