Is okay that the under side of a branch on my milli is colorful. The spot that im talkng about does get any light. Is this normal

Do you have any pics?

I have a pocillopora on a slant, and the underside that doesn't get as much light is paler and doesn't have as many polyps.

From what I can see everything looks OK. A better quality picture would go a long way.

As mentioned before it's natural that areas of sps that don't receive direct sunlight might be colored differently(browner, lighter, whiter).

You should become concerned if there is tissue loss on the coral.
