Understanding Seneye Par Graph

Can anyone explain how to read the Seneye Par Graph. I get the number but what does the black line with the color spectrum represent. The shot below is my tank at peek lighting at the middle of the rock work. My light is a Reef breeder V2+

The black line is your spectrum the number is your par. From what I understand the closer you are to whats there the better. I hope this helps.
