Could get pricy but look into scuba forums. I know my buddy has a submersible camera that was attached to a view screen we used for salvage diving. Could probably be rigged to a router. What size tank?

I am assuming you want to get past the water surface ripples with your camera, correct?

How about you build an acrylic box (like a top down photography box) and mount it to your canopy for your camera to get a good view without the water ripples?

You could also look in to whatever cameras this guy is using: Don?s High-Tech Reef

How internal would you like this camera to be, surface, middle, sandbed? I've seen a few tank that have acrylic domes sitting at the surface with a normal webcam, gives you all the perks of an underwater camera, but just below the surface and top down view only.

It appears that the webcams featured in the build linked above are actually regular webcames modified with a plastic/acrylic enclosure. All the connections sit above the waterline making them almost 100 percent waterproof.
