Unhappy Mushroom

Hi, first post here but just curious on if any of you have thoughts on my unhappy mushroom? He was doing well, and I knocked down the blues to try to get a better day spectrum to fight algae growth on the glass and he’s upset. Thoughts?

before the last week or two he’d open up fully and take over half the rock!

Tank parameters:
Innovative Marine 20G integrated sump
Running an eshopps Nano Skimmer I’m the sump
PH: 8.2
Spec Grav: 1.025 (a little low, but has never changed since tank startup)
Nitrite: 0.25 PPM
Ammonia: 0 PPM
Nitrate: <5 PPM (just went through a battle with this)
Phosphate: 0 PPM
KH: 8-9 dKH

It's natural for inhabitants to react to changes, whether it's water chemistry or lighting - doesn't matter. Give it a couple of days to settle back in I'm sure it's in good hands

So I just moved it today after a week of no progress. And sure enough it opened right up. I cleaned my wavemaker so I think when I put it back the flow was slightly different and just ticked it off. So hopefully looking up from here!
