I had moved it away to a spot of less flow to see if less flow would help but it didn’tI wonder if it's not getting enough flow so close to the glass (the others seem more out in the open).

They need 150 to 250 par and low moderate flow. Mine are mounted mid tank. You need to raise phosphate a little. .03 might actually be 0 given the error ratio for test kits. My nitrates are 15 and phosphate. 2 currently.Phos .003

What par do you keep the cyphastrea at?These guys are in 275 ish par and modest flow. They definitely like more light and flow than their relatives Frogspawn and Hammers
