I’ve had this lemon lime torch for about nine months now and the past few week he has been receding I’m confused because all other torches are doing great flow is good par is good

Maybe it's growing its skeletal structure? What are your other parameters? What par is it in?
 
I wonder if it's not getting enough flow so close to the glass (the others seem more out in the open).
I had moved it away to a spot of less flow to see if less flow would help but it didn’t
Think it was getting to much

They need 150 to 250 par and low moderate flow. Mine are mounted mid tank. You need to raise phosphate a little. .03 might actually be 0 given the error ratio for test kits. My nitrates are 15 and phosphate. 2 currently.

Often elevated phosphate, too much flow and light and low calcium will upset them- things to verify
 
These guys are in 275 ish par and modest flow. They definitely like more light and flow than their relatives Frogspawn and Hammers
