I too had some recent issues with LA. I'm a long time customer and won't be anymore. Also, I don't know if this is a new policy or its always been this way but returns on aquarium supplies only get store credit and no refund. Purchase carefully or buy your supplies from pretty much any other company that does give refunds on supplies.
