I am sure this has been asked before, but this isn't Zoa Pox that I can see. Looks like a duster or snail, but I have been out of it for too long to remember exactly. Anyone tell me exactly what this is and if bad how to treat? Thanks in advance.

Vermited snails I believe, some crush them then pull them from the rock, others find superglue over the hole to work. Personally i crush all the ones i can see on my rocks, and the ones i get on frag plugs i remove the plug scrap the things off, brush with a tooth brush (then dip if you choose) and rinse with fresh saltwater and put them back.

They likely aren't vermited then, i have tons of little snails in my tank also that come out mostly at night. They were harmless and seemed to thin out over time

No they are actually Spirorbid Worms. They are harmless. I have them in my sump as most people do. Is your flow very low in your tank ?

No the flow is actually pretty good. I have my MP10 down, but there are 2 SPH100 return pumps that move 500 gph in it. Most things are very very happy even most the zoas....just hate some are closed...I like full bouquets.

Dip in peroxide for 3-5 minutes and return to tank and see if they look different

dip in hydrogen peroxide? Do you dilute it? seems harsh?
peroxide is mainly water and zoa respond well to it. I add peroxide to my tank daily to keep dino in check.
