I was wondering if 2 of the uniclife 3400gph with W-40 controller powerhead is sufficient enough for a 6-foot 180 gallon tank. Also for those of you who have used this powerhead, how did it hold up and how well did the modes work.
Thanks

So I spoke to a co-worker of mine who has a 220 and has purchased one of these pumps to test out and assured me that it is very powerful and that 2 would work perfect for my size tank. I'm going to hook them up and I'll update on how it goes

will we ever hear how it goes?

I'll be honest, I completely forgot to update how the power heads are, 3 years later and they're still kicking harder than ever. I must admit that running these at about 30% I do see smaller fish tend to fight the flow when caught in front of the stream. If I were to get these again I would go a size smaller since I keep these at a low speed anyway and they're still super strong.

nice! I did end up getting two of these, and I really like them.
