Trident arrived in perfect shape, I asked them to pack well and they did. (I live in CA and they’re from NY) No box damage, no reagents leaking! Well done dynamictank! if you guys still looking for unicorn, check them out. dynamictank.com

I probably won't get one until you customize how many samples are taken. Not everyone has a sps dominant all and calcium draining system. Right now I would be happy with 1 sample a week. Or at least one per day. But that would hurt their reagent sales

daily testing isn't revenue driven. If the hoses / pumps sit idle they can clog and your precision equipment becomes an expensive paper weight

Or, at least, that's what they say. Though why 2x/day is good enough for Calc/Mag, but Alk needs 4x/day is not explained.

Anyway, no matter, I like it. Mines been operating for just over a month, trouble free, working as well as I could have expected. Being able to see trends at a glance is a wonderful thing

@Greybeard give them time to do the analysis on reagents. I also don't believe it is a revenue thing not that it matters. I do believe it may be related to the reagents, shelf life after opening, and a few other things mixed in. As more and more units get out there and used I'd wager, or at least hope, they are looking at all of this data and how it correlates to the reagents and make some changes.

I test using the lowest setting, 4/2/2, and would probably go lower if I could. Although I think more numbers are better from a visual data point of view. But hey - before I had this beast I wasn't testing so anything 0 + 1 is better than what I had

I would prefer changing the time that its tests, the 4x times a day doesn't bother me

Why not let it test each parameter once a day then?
