Unidentifiable worm

Just did some reef viewing before bed and saw this little worm swimming around and trying to get into the sandbed. Is it reef safe or parasite?? image.jpg

I can't tell you what it is. I'd be 99% sure it's not a parasite. My guess is it's probably reef safe. But that's strictly a guess.

I have serious doubts that anybody can give you a good ID based on the pic and video. I collect wild in the Florida Keys and I see things like this and more in most of the algae I bring home.

Thanks, figured out it’s just an amphipod lol freaked out last night tho XD
