Unidentified Coral - Any Ideas?

I have just received this piece of live-rock and there is a circa 1cm unidentified coral on it, so does anyone have any idea what it may be?

Lots of possibilities and I am far from a pro, but my first thought was a small hairy mushroom. Looks like it has those tiny polyp looking arms. Would like to see it when it's bigger

Does it have a skeleton or is it fleshy? It’s hard to tell in the photo.

Doesn’t look like a lepto to me. Mines really “crusty” that looks kinda hairy
