Unidentified critter

Hi guys,

I've got a strange creature in my tank. It's approx 3cm/1inch+ long, looks like a really flat pill bug, hides under a rockscape in the day, but appears to be able to move around, at night. It's greyish with some black bands, per pic below

What is it?
