Anybody know what this is? It looks like a super tiny anemone but I have no clue. It does actually open and close a little bit and when it's completely open I can even see some green in the center. I will upload another photo once it opens

Could be a Mojano but seems different. Following!
 
Looks like my sad bubble tip that was a hitch hiker. It was red at the base like yours now it looks like this

The weird thing is that I've had this rock for about a year now and have never seen this before.
 
It's pretty cool though, if you look at the picture I just posted U can make out a mouth in the center of it
 
I'd be more concerned about the other anemones in the picture. Those can get out of hand.

Are they aiptaisa? They look like it but they're so small
 
The aiptasia needs to be dealt with before they overrun your tank. It happens fast. The USO you mentioned doesn't seem to be a pest, but I'd still keep an eye on it.
