Hey guys. I have an interesting change going on with a coral in my reef that I think some of you might be interested in seeing. I just wanted to keep its progression documented, not making a sale thread here since no frags are for sale and my local buddies will get the first several available frags when it is large enough :). Over the summer I bought a 1" nice looking blue frag from a reefer taking down his tank. Looked similar to a tenuis. It stayed like this for a while, growing slowly with the same look. It actually started turning more of a teal color probably due to my low nutrient level. I didn't take many pics at first because it didn't look like anything special.

I upgraded reefs in November and this coral seemed to like its new home :) A color change became apparent 2 months after upgrading. This color is getting more vibrant and the coral seems to be growing faster lately. All these pics are taken with an iphone5 through a top down box. There is no color edit. I'll keep updating will monthly growth/progression pics.

When I first noticed the color change
