Unknow algea!

I have a green brown algea covering rocks and a brow algae covering the sand and and glass. I run chi pure elite and phosguard and weekly water changes with rodi system. Plz help

How old is tank? Rodi still giving 0.00 tds? What are other parameters?

The tank is about 6 month but it got a major tear down about 3 weeks ago. The sand is about 6 months but the rocks are from my old tank.
It has a canister filter. The rodi has fresh di resin but the membrane is old but I am getting all new filters. I don’t have a tds meter. The tank is 1.025 at 78 ph about 8.0 ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrates less that 10. And my phosphate test ran out of the reagents I’m getting a new one in awhile.
