Unknow White Sac in my tank help!

Found this on the live rock. Sorry pic isn't too good with color but its a white sac.... Is this a good thing or should I remove it ASAP?

it looks like it has tentacles. i saw something on my one of my rocks i got from a LFS looks exactly like it but it moved around. duno what it is but check to see if its gone later.

is it just me or is anyone else tempted to make a dirty joke about the title :tape:

Not tentacles. It looks like that's its attachments to the rock. I googled pineapple sponge and I'm not sure it looks like those. Just going to keep an eye on it.
